Oswald Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I wanted to make a massive redstone engine generator leading into several redstone energy cells, but they'll only heat up, not even start pumping. Power-wise, I can only use them to heat other engines. Are they only used for pumping liquids now? Quote
Valkon Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Redstone engines can no longer power machinery, nor can they output power to conductive pipes. So yes, they're only really good for wooden transport and waterproof pipes. Quote
phazeonphoenix Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 The ability for Redstone Engines to power BC pumps was put back in as an exception to the rule after some outcry in the community. That and Wooden pipes are really the only use for them now. Quote
