Output: Ender chest with pipe and gate that emits signal if there are items in chest.

Input: Ender pouch

Or

Ender chest, normal chest, two wooden pipes and two autarchic gates.

Redstone signal activates gate that sends items from normal chest to ender chest

and deactivates gate that sends items from ender chest to normal chest.

Ender pouch is used to standard on/off

Ender chest if you want for example send signal from quarry to your base when finished

Upgrade to a r14 version of AE (little buggy) or wait till AE for 1.7 and use Point to Point tunnels. Send Items, Liquids, Redstone over the AE network and Quantum Bridges without it ever touching your AE network.

I have to build two quantum bridges and power it.

My solution is elegant and cheaper and ender pouch is limitless remote control.

Very nice solution, but unfortunately, it won't work in Tekkit 1.2.x, as BC gates don't recognize tesseracts (and other TE equipment like energy cells) anymore. When I put a gate on a stone pipe going into the tesseract, I was only able to set triggers related to the pipe itself (items traversing, inventory status etc.).

It would be very stupid of them if the combability goes backward instead of forward for the new version of Tekkit. I hope it's something they will fix before it goes live. BC are the backbone mod in everything I build so I realy hope they will fix it.
