Darkwood71 Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Sorry for the noob questions, but i was curious how people were gathering fuel. I can't seem to find any machines to pump lava or oil, and when I've tried to bucket oil it came out as water. Is there a trick I'm missing? Thanks for any info. Quote
CanVox Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 It's weird that bucketing oil did anything, but check this thing out: http://wiki.micdoodle8.com/wiki/Portable_Oil_Extractor Quote

I completely forgot about the oil extractor. Thanks so much for jogging my memory. Much appreciated. Quote
CraftedFluff Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Does the liquid transposer and the fluiducts work? I want a way to a automate the process. Quote
Phlexor Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 MFR Oil Fabricator straight into a GC Refinery into OpenBlocks Tanks into GC Fuel Loader. Quote
DanielUSA Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 @Phlexor Are you using fluiducts to move the oil and the fuel between machines? Quote
Loader Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Yeah he would be, just rather than starting with worldgen oil he's got the system making it for power, then he's refining from that (which is better for any long-term automation than what you can do with the worldgen oil bubbles). Quote
Phlexor Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Yeah fluiducts. The MFR Oil Fabricator auto pumps out, so no need to set the direction or add an Pneumatic Servo. The GC refinery doesn't auto pump put so you need to set the direction and add a Pneumatic server and set the redstone behaviour (I just put a lever on it so i can switch between pumping it into an OpenBlocks Tank and filling fuel canisters). Noodlesslayer Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 How do you get a Oil Refinery to auto pump out using TE fluid ducts? Quote
