Server archive unpacking doesnt work

If I want to unpack the Winrar archive of the Server it doesn`t work and a notification appears that the file is damaged. I downloaded it a second time and the same notification appeared when I wanted to unpack it. HELP! Sorry for my bad English and Greetings from Germany !

I will upload my build seomwhere for you to download see what that does. For me the download works fine.
