trying to find out how to make lava filled nether brick

Trying to find out the exact way to make a lava filled nether brick, the specific item code is 112:8 I've been looking for the last few days, but considering how new the modpack is i have yet to see anything.

 

*edit*, i figured out how to make them there is more than 1 chisel in the modpack, the other one worked for me.
