Tekkit 1.2.6 change log?

I've tried finding a complete log of the changes in the update to Tekkit 1.2.6, but either there is none, or my google-fu is pathetic.

I can't even seem to find a complete list of the included mods and what verison they are.

If anyone happens to know where I could find either or both of these I would be most grateful.

the easiest way (in my opinion) is to look in:

<yourserverfolder>/mods

 

you have to do a bit of deciphering, but you'll at least get a good sense of what's there; and a lot of the mod versions will be apparent from the filename.

also if you look in the Minecraft launcher at the main screen you will see a mods button, which will list all the mods in which ever collection you started.

so now that Tekkit 1.2.6 is recommended does that make the Tekkit 1.5.2 - 1.1.0 the new tekkit classic? and tekkit classic now is called tekkit ancient?

That doesn't make much sense. Tekkit Classic, Tekkit Lite, and Tekkit are all completely different, from the ground up mod packs. Tekkit 1.2.6 is a clear update to Tekkit 1.1.10, not something completely different. Tekkit Classic and Tekkit Lite have their own version numbers, as they are old mod packs that have been discontinued and will never get an update.

right right, like how the tv shows futurama and futurama classic are the same but different, oh wait it is called the simpsons, different so named different. even if they do contain some similar things
