Bed Glitch

I have encountered a strange glitch whilst playing, when I die it claims my bed is missing or obstructed. This is very annoying as I am quite far out from my spawn point. I know I could change my spawn point however I have slept in a bed many times in game and it is set as my bed yet when I die I spawn back at the spawn. I tested this a few times through drowning myself and also re-launching the modpack but it still happens? Does anybody happen to know the cause?
