How To Remove And Fix Things That Are Bugging Me? HELP

Hey everyone when I watch youtubers play this they dont have a zero on the top left of there screen and when they pick items up it shows up on the bottom right. Mine dosent do that is there any way to remove the 0 and make the items come up like youtubers?

As for the showing picked up items, I thought that was only when you picked ores and cobble?

I have that 0 as well, I have no idea what it means, it seems to come and go at random.

I have seen it in a few of Genny's and Bdubs' videos, but its not always there.

yeah same for me also the 0 there an no pickup feed tho it did work once for me

It doesn't take a lot of playing to realise the 0 is only visible on items that are damageable. It is a bug, I posted it to the tracker a long time ago but no-one took any interest.

I only get it on Tinkers construct items - I remember there used to be an arrow counter which looked like that, but that might've been from another mod (it would've been a long time ago in Hexxit when it was new).

 

Edit: Nope, scratch that, mostly on TC items but the Witchery enchanted broom has it too (no durability, not Tinkers construct).
