Invalid Credentials.Invalid username or password

I have uninstalled and installed the launcher at least 5 times.i do own minecraft .i can log in on minecraft but i just dont understand.no matter what i do that same message comes up when ever i put in my username and password. ive read up on it some and no one has a clear answer, can someone please help me with this

what happens when you login to the vanilla minecraft

 

do you have capslock on? are you using the numberpad? is the numlock light on? (common issues more then you know)

 

maybe you need a password reset you can do that here https://account.mojang.com/login

If you have a Mojang account, you need to use your email in the place of your username. If not, make sure you're using the same details you use for Vanilla Minecraft

Sometimes this message is send when the Client isnt able to connect to the internet properly... Try starting it in Adminmode
