dwwojcik Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Indeed, the newest version of MFR no longer accepts water and needs steam pumped into it. http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2016680-powercrystals-mods-minefactoryreloaded-powercrystalscore-and-netherores-updated-mfr-276-no-222-released/page__st__740#entry29799154 Well that's just great. Hopefully I'll have my Big Reactor set up by the time Tekkit is updated to that version. Quote
Paffe007 Posted March 18, 2014 Author Posted March 18, 2014 Perfect at least I know I am not searching and searching anymore... So the steam turbine for attack of the bteam is useless as there is no way to produce steam.... Thanks all for your help! Quote
DragonScythe Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 welp, that's frustrating. no way to transfer steam from steam dynamos. Quote
Loader Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Steam dynamos already use that steam to produce energy Quote
Pojster Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 (edited) In both of the pictures you posted, I noticed the pipe coming from the aqueus accumulator is pointed in the right direction but is not powered on. Do you have a Pneumatic Servo installed there and is it set to ignore a redstone signal? Edit: Nvm. I didn't read to the end of the post. Like others were saying the newest update nerfed this method of collecting power. Edited March 22, 2014 by Pojster Quote
Loader Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 It's inadvisable to do this in any chunks you care about, you can get this kind of thing; Sadly, THIS happened, so maybe it's time to find a power solution that isn't in space. Try to keep GC wires and TE conduits and machines clear of one another until this is resolved, failing that make sure you don't have anything in that chunk you want to keep (if you're lucky and it damages the chunk it'll take it out cleanly like this, if not you'll need to use MCEdit to manually remove it) I haven't seen it do more damage than just 1 chunk yet but it can happen anywhere connected to the infinite power, not just the generator.
