well just that, is there salt, there is suppose to be salt as far as i can tell, it says in more foods mod that there is an ore called salt, if its on false, then if i turn it on true will it bug something out? just wondering

Search in ocean biomes, that's where I typically find it.

Salt ore can be found in ocean biomes (and ocean biomes only), try boating along an ocean and looking for cave entrances that have generated into the ocean-floor.

Or kill a squid and hang out in the bottom of the sea

Ive found salt recently. I usually get it 5-10 layers under the ocean floor. So far Ive found it relatively close to the Sandstone layers. I havent found it deep enough to hit the black rocks.
