Add Tinkers Con to Tekkit mod pack

Plz add Tinkers construct to the mod pack, I know there are other mod packs that have it, but tekkit is my favorite mod pack and I wish it had this mod, then it would be the perfect mod pack for me.

If ure playing singleplayer, just add it yourself. Download and put inside mods folder. Should work just fine.
