I was suppose to make it 1.4.7 because thats when EE3 actually works... This is my fault completly for not saying it in the original post. This is just the state of the mod as it currently stands because it is unfinished. Everything works very well. This is the same version included in all of Technic's modpacks (and all of mine, actually).
