java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

The error stands right at the beginning. Outofmemory means the modpack needs more working memory (RAM) for the game.

Operating System: Windows 8.1 (x86)

Seems that you are running a 32-bit OS. Not much you can do since you can't allocate any more RAM than 1 gig. Attack of the B-team needs 2-3 gig
