Custom ModPack-Server Crash-Problem

I got this error when trying to launch my server:

Anybody know how to fix this??

You are missing a mod, most likely a dependency/core mod. Without a link to your server download or possibly just a complete ForgeModLoader server log it will be impossible to be more specific.
