Moderators Munaus Posted July 12, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 12, 2014 there is no SSP or SMP pack differences anymore, that stopped when minecraft changed to become always online which means all mods are now multiplayer converted so you don't have to worry on whether you can play a pack single or multiplayer, they are all the same now Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Loader Posted July 12, 2014 Share Posted July 12, 2014 The one caveat is the "Open to LAN" option doesn't play quite like a server, so it's not the best choice if you want to take your singleplayer game to multiplayer (it'll work fine for the hosting player though, just like it does in regular singleplayer).
