Hexxit with Optifine

I love Hexxit, it is my favorite mod pack! I have been lagging ever since I got it and my crappy computer won't let me drag and drop items. Could somebody make a modpack that JUST combines Hexxit and Optifine? Please tell me the link or platform url. Thanks!

You can add optifine in your mod folder, and normally you do not have another lag.
