Plugins won't Install on my Bukkit Server

Hello, I made a server the other day I got MCPC+ and made a plugins folder and they don't work apart from WorldEdit? TO get world edit to start I had to reset the Server like 20 times, How do I make it so plugins work first time?




Also does anyone know how to change the server IP to a name or a random IP?

There's plenty of sites out there that are dedicated to providing a subdomain that lets you point it to your external IP, and this is how you would change an IP to a name. You can find a lot of them under the term "dynamic ip host" (https://www.google.com/search?q=dynamic+ip+host )
