As far as the song is concerned, I work in luxembourg where about 30% of the population is portuguese, so unfortunately I know it all too well... I asked a portuguese co-worker about the lyrics some time ago, I think it isn't as bad as it seems in the translation you linked. I can't remember the exact translation, but she said that the lyrics don't make any sense at all, and I think a girl would have mentioned if it was really offending...
