solder Error linking Solder to Platform

Does this error mean something is wrong with the connection to the URL?

After loading for a while it just gives me an error at cloudflare.

When I try to access the API URL for your Solder installation ( http://thisischrys.zapto.org/TechnicSolder/public/api/ ) it doesn't work. Your Solder API URL should return something like this:

{"api":"TechnicSolder","version":"0.6","stream":"DEV"}

I know this is irrelevant to your question but can you please tell me how you got the .zapto url? I set everything up using xampp on my local host but I just cant seem to do it, sorry im not trying to take over your post its just your the first person i've seen with it.
