Yeah… Quick question…. What do I do if there are ID conflicts but NO CONFIG FOLDER FOR THE MOD?

 

While rare, it does happen sometimes that a mod author will make a mod that doesn't create/use a config file even when it has block and item IDs. This is unconscionable and my advice is to find another mod that provides similar features. If the mod author isn't doing something so basic as implementing a config file the likelihood that they are following best practices in other areas of MCP/Forge API use is slim to none.

 

That being said, the only option would be to change the other mod it is conflicting with which has a config file. If two mods without configs are conflicting they you must ditch one of them.

Well aint that just PEACHY! 

 

I got four conflicting mods here and not ONE has a config file… Meaning I gota scrap most of spongebob, toon town, car crafter, or cat-craft...

 

Gona let you decide which one to keep, McGurl, and if you choose cat-craft you also lose minedonalds….

 

Do me a favor, send me your IdConflicts.txt along with the configs folder :)

There's absolutely no config folder for any of the four mods listed above, but the TXT clearly states that item ID 537 is being used by spongebob's "Jelly-1", toon towns"peanut ore", carspawn's(unreadable text) and cat-craft's whisker Item ID. 

 

Giving you the pack/ files will just waist time…

Here it is… 

 

Honestly this pack is an abomination… I'm not proud to have put it together… The amount of mods I've had to cut is discussing enough… Furthermore the pack now crashes when one checks the MOD LIST. The gameplay must have some blinking feature installed or else that's the WORST graphics effect I've ever seen… 

 

If someone else wants to try at this, be my guest… But I am done… Absolutely DONE!

So who's mod do you want me to build? I got a bit confused in there… 

 

Me, MaxAdrian VilleHL, Orre02, KaptenKoala ect. I am the guy thats takink care of the modpack itself so I shall have the modpack. Oh did i say that i am needing a server of the mods. But if thats impossible I accept that.

Ok, guess 'll start with whomever has the easiest to make… 

 

We can not create a server for you though… Should be simple enough to do your self though once you have the pack, but I warn you, servers with only a few mods are REALLY buggy on anyone's computer, I HIGHLY recommend just paying an organization to hold it for you, was they are professionals and will work better for ya.

That… IS.. SO much better, proper download links makes this thing a BREEZE! 

 

Yeah, so far, Grave's, treecapitator, Nuicraft and metaworlds have been removed. 

 

Metaworlds is buggy/crashy and doesn't work with NEI. 

 

Graves are already a part of Openblocks, a second one is pointless. 

 

treecapitator I never put in with Tinkers as that would reduce the usefulness of the lumber ax. 

 

Nuicraft was misleading in saying it's for 1.6.4 as well, it's ONLY for 1.7.2 sadly…

I've got a bunch of files I can just copy over: Thaumcraft, NEi, CCC, witchery, AM2, AM2 API, Openmods, BiomesOPlenty, Zan's MM, Ichun mods, Dragon mounts, Tinker's, Open blocks, lucky block,WAILA, and Iron chests. 

the Lucky drinks and ores aren't higly needed, but thx for ur help
