My apologies, but this error is a) something I haven't seen in Minecraft something I have seen elsewhere. It's trying to call up a URL it can't find. It's gotta be your firewall.

There's an ID conflict goin on. Copy all the config files from the client to the server folder, and replace them all.

Interesting. I can only theorise and say Dropbox is at fault here, for some inexplicable reason. How much traffic do you get on your server? Maybe a fair amount of people are trying to download or leech it.
