This bug is client side. Nothing to do with the server, as long as it has >512Mbps connection for the number of players you say you have. There's a huge number of reasons why this happens. Your cpu could be too slow. Your internet connection could be too slow. Your hard drive I/O speed is having a hard time keeping up with a large world. Common solution - walk into them.

Build a 'Create Absolutely Everything' Complex. Find a way to automate the production of every single item in vanilla minecraft, then branch out to other items to help you construct more factories. Oh, and the only things from EE you are allowed to use are the Philosopher's Stone and Condenser. No Transmutation Table. Borrow the latter from a friend.

If I'm not mistaken, that looks uncannily like the Cube2 engine. I may get into modding this game I could do with sorting out their movement and their lighting for sure...

This subforum, plus that link you put is a request for for a mod to be made, not put into the pack. However, this is still shaping up to the standards of the rest of the mods in the pack, especially with new compatibilities with IC2 (finally get a use for that canning machine, plus power lines) I have only a minor quirk with the petrol and diesel sands, but hey, that's more factories for me to build Perhaps we could finally see this mod in the pack?

I'm not really interested in the disks at the moment, seeing as people hardly ever get more than two disks, plus that means more entity IDs

Aw gawd. I use Windows Movie Maker, because that's literally all I need. (Any transitions I want, I animate in Adobe Fireworks) So I don't really have anything to offer there, because I never did any research into that.
