Not possible. Thaumcraft is not SMP.

Updating the whole modpack just because one mod has been updated is kinda ridiculous. You can install the newer version yourself of course.

First, get Java 7. Nether Ores requires Java 7 which i think your problem was.Then you can reinstall Nether Ores and should be able to join just fine. Also, please post the whole log. Parts of it usually hide something valuable that dont seem so important.

That is not the error message, that is the command to get the server running. Please post everything the console displays when you start the server.

The posts here are not letters to someone. You cant moderate the private letters someone sends to someone, but you can moderate the publicly available posts here. And if the rules say dont sign your posts, then dont.
