You can adjust most of the gates by shift+clicking with the screwdriver. -
When you compile the program as Release, an exe of it is created deep inside the project file.

I noticed this one awesome thing. In the technicpack.net website, there is the scrolling image thing of the modpacks. The background image of the Technic image is the image of my furnace machine Kind of funny to have an image from a Tekkit build representing Technic... -
The amount of information is making my face hurt. Post the contents of '%appdata%/.techniclauncher/log/launcher_0.log'. What were you doing when the game crashed? Get Java 7.
-
Its not supposed to. Unless your Minecraft username is your email, it wont show. Maybe someday in the future the launcher can fetch your skin based on your email.

Multi-platforming and networking are the things i have no idea on how to do.

This is a C# program i made to ease the editing of the server.properties file. You can open the server.properties file, edit any property field and save. Note that this tool will not filter your input; you can put "poop" into the "spawn-monsters" field if you so wish to do. This is how the tool will look when you first start it: This is how it will look when you load a property file: If you plan on using this tool, do tell me There is alot to add and change though, but this works quite good for now. Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?kwt2nvinlnss3qv The tool doesn't require any kind of installation, just download the .exe and run it. All kind of feedback is appreciated. Thanks :)

Just stick '%appdata%' to the file explorer top bar whatever. I accidentally used the '&' sign when i had to use the '%' sign, sorry. When you delete it, there is no Technic Launcher in your computer anymore, you will have to run the .exe to install the new launcher. -

No, unless you have world saves in Tekkit. Take backups of them from '.techniclauncher/tekkit/saves'. -

I would say you have to remove '&appdata&/.techniclauncher/' and redownload the launcher. -

Even games made out of blocks do require a decent graphics card.
-
There is your problem, your graphics card sucks. Integrated graphics cards usually cant handle even the simplest of games.
-
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Java' is where Java is installed by default. You should have either 'jre6' or 'jre7' inside the folder.
-
What graphics card do you have?
-
What are your system specs? Also get Java 7.
-
Make sure your firewall is not blocking the launcher. Also get Java 7.
-
AVG is knows to cause issues with the launcher. Try disabling it and trying again. If the problem persists, completely remove AVG, i have heard it can cause issues even though it is disabled.
-
Your PATH variable may not be set correctly. Google will tell how to add the Java bin to the PATH variable.

The COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS thread will help in this case.
