  1. As much as i understand the EU system, the EU/t means packet size. If the packet size gets higher than 32 EU, it will blow machines up. Then the thing with getting a lot of power is that you can send as much packets as you want to a machine as long as it can accept them. Then as the furnace uses 2 EU, it will take 2 EU from the incoming packet, leaving a 30 EU packet going to the rest of the machines. Of course if there are not any more machines, the furnace will of course take the whole packet.

    Crash!

Do you have a 32 bit or 64 bit system? Also, post the latest launcher log AKA '%appdata%/.techniclauncher/logs/launcher_0.log'.
  3. Those two are awfully similar. They didnt reveal anything though. I too had this problem some time ago, i guess it somehow just fixed itself. Try re-installing your Java and the launcher. Also make sure you are using Java 7.
  4. Error log? Found at '%appdata%/.techniclauncher/logs/launcher_1.log' if i recall correctly.
  5. Make sure you only have Java 7, no other versions installed. The update your Java.
  6. Minecraft's multiplayer session server is down. Wait until someone at Mojang kicks it and makes it work again.
  7. Nothing is wrong. Very few mods actually have the metadata, and the version thing is for Matmos because we dont have the latest version.
  8. No, what I mean is SP stays local and only people in LAN can join and bukkit will stay worldwide and anyone in the world can join. But because SP worlds are just servers, all mods will work in MP.
  9. It has to wait until all the mods in Tekkit have been updated to 1.3 and ported to the latest version of bukkit. Also one thing i forgot. Since 1.3 changed that SP worlds are just local SMP servers, Tekkit could be useless when it hits 1.3. Since all mods will work in SP, they will work in SMP. Technic could be the new Tekkit after 1.3.
  10. The sensors wont save their names so they get reset when the server restarts. There are other things which are annoying, such as the usability, interface style and the lack of proper documentation. Edit: So one thing i thought about. Since in 1.3, SP is actually local MP. This means all mods will work in MP, so Technic will work in MP. This means Tekkit is not needed anymore. And because all the new mods being added, old Tekkit things may not work anymore. They also could get to the point where they cannot be converted for Technic anymore, which means Plague Corporation could broken for an eternity after 1.3. I hope the Technic team can get all the future IDs to correspond with the IDs we have now.
  11. Your Tekkit saves can be found at '%appdata%/.techniclauncher/tekkit/saves'
  12. I dont think installing a rollback plugin now would help, since the plugin does not have any data of the world.
  13. Im still waiting for ccSensors to work properly. I do have other projects.
  14. Well because Media Fire sucks, i changed to Dropbox. From now on, the link should work all the time. Do tell if it doesn't, thanks https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43546107/PlagueCorporationCC.zip
  15. You unzip the file, configure the server.properties file with wanted world name, difficulty and gamemode, run the 'launch.bat' file and connect to either 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' to join. You will also have to portforward the port 25565 or use Hamachi to allow people to join your server.
  16. Both have their own stuff, good things and bad things. The Jaffa Cake factory the Yogscast are building is going nowhere though. When i started watching the series, i thought the course of the jaffa cakes will go like this: 1. There are three people. Two newbies, Lewis and Simon, and one pro, Duncan. 2. Duncan teaches Lewis and Simon how to play Tekkit. 3. Together they make a huge factory and make tons of jaffa cakes. But no, the whole course goes like this: 1. There are three people. Two newbies, Lewis and Simon, and one pro, Duncan. 2. Duncan teaches Lewis and Simon how to play Tekkit. 3. i has dis peice of paper so u cant walk heer 4. No jaffa cakes for anyone. What im saying is that the Yogscast Tekkit series is going over to the "two companies fight over stupid reasons and cant just leave each other alone into peace" side rather than the "two friendly companies are working in peace and not giving a cows horn on what the other company is doing". Though when you think about it, the series would get quite boring if the whole deal would be just Duncan yelling at Simon on how not to make jaffas. But what about Duncan's or Sjin's lets plays? I havent followed Sjin's that much so i have no opinion on it, only that Sips is a very bossy man. Its nice that Duncan concentrates on the building side of Tekkit. Sometimes watching Duncan's lets play though is pain, because of all the small mistakes he makes (yes, i hate small details that make stuff harder than it should be). And on we go to the Direwolf20 side. I personally dont find anything bad about his lets play/server play. There are some few annoying things such as Direwolf's acting skill, but when you take it from a different perspective, its kinda funny. TL;DR Yogscast cant play Tekkit. Direwolf is cool.
  17. Post both client log (%appdata&/.techniclauncher/logs/launcher_0.log) and server log.
  18. Make sure you have Java 7 Update 7. Then reinstall the server.
  19. This may be a bug. When the computers unload, they should save their current on/off state and continue from what has been saved when they are loaded again.
  20. Your GPU probably cannot handle the texture switch. Reinstall Tekkit or remove the texture pack from the texture pack folder to reset the textures.
