Post the error report and Please include your exact java version. (e.g. Java 7 Update 21)

Unless you paste your server logs (ForgeModLoader-0.log, Server.log) the only advice I can give you is: Redownload the server and reinstall your server.

I was the only staff on and I did not say that. (Perhaps you're thinking of a helper, which is NOT staff) Anyway, if you can give me the igns of those players I'll see if I can't find out if they're xraying or not.

Quick Review: + /plugins does not work = Running NoCheatPlus, however it's not properly configured - NEI is not patched, people can gamemode hack in creative - Not running tekkitrestrict (it patches dupes, hacks, and restricts items)
