His config is for the New Tekkit (space tekkit), which has different blocks than Tekkit Classic

Update: Later this week I will be releasing an updated pack using CB++ Tekkit. After a few days of experimentation, I have seen less lag than normal as well as no errors.

It has come to my attention that your server has not patched gamemode hacks. You can download a Patched Server from my guide, here, or you can install BanMePlease yourself. Alternatively, you can delete the NEI server side mod, however this removes all ability to use NEI.

Make sure no players are using SCS during that period, and disable showing the item above the block.

It'll just add a prefix of [faction_name_here] to the people in that group, pvp will still be allowed in the group.
