  1. Sorry. You started it. So, you have 3 errors... quarry not working, unable to verify username, and netherores. 1) Quarries not working can be caused by permissions problems (BuildCraft not having the ability to break blocks in a certain area), but that doesn't look like the issue here...mostly. It looks like it build the frame then stopped. Do you have permissions plugins, and what is [buildcraft] allowed to do in them? 2) Unable to verify username can be caused by the server running offline, client internet connection issues, or a whitelist in place that they're not on. 3) Netherores is a really common problem, though for some reason it doesn't apply to even a majority of servers, I don't think. The most common solution that works well (ish) is to make sure your Java is completely updated. You could try finding a new Bukkit port of it to replace the current one with. Otherwise, just deleting it usually fixes the problem, as long as you don't care whether you have Nether Ores or not. Oh, and this is the wrong section for bugs.
  2. Disable your IC2 sounds through the config file. The sound code for IC2 is well-known for causing horrendous lag when moving away from the machines.
  3. Try the Tekkit Bug Board.
  4. It goes in mods. Plugins are for server-side additions and little (or big) extras. You do need both the server- and client-side mod files to get it to work, though.
  5. You're barking up the wrong tree here. We don't want people asking extraordinarily simple questions around here - it clutters up the board. We want them thinking for themselves for 30 seconds, and if they still want to ask the question, keep thinking. Only when you've exhausted personal thought should you be asking about stuff like the OP. Contrary to popular beliefs, there's such a thing as a dumb question, and they are all too common. Also, where did the bolded part come from? We've kicked all the 8-year-olds off the site, unless they're really good at hiding it. :)
  6. You need a Bukkit ported version.
  7. Sorry, I've never had this problem, so I'm not sure how to help. If neither your Mojang nor your Minecraft login work, the regular Minecraft.exe shouldn't be working either. Try clearing your cache (use the button on the launcher). Also, you got a warning for your "go look at this" PM. You're not supposed to be doing that.
  8. Nope, Java FX is harmless. So, how are you running the .jar?
  9. Have you tried sweeping through your Programs list in Control Panel to look for old AV software/antispyware installs, and making sure you only have one version of Java?
  10. Not a clue. The thread's a month old, why don't you try re-downloading the launcher again? It's been updated a time or two, even if the number's the same.
  11. Few, if any, pre-built PCs you order online come with monitors. It's a popular add-on, but many people want to use the monitor they already have. If that's included in your budget, you're going to have a skimp quite a bit on power, sadly.
  12. Texture pack images? You may need a different version of OptiFine, say, Standard.
  13. Do you have the absolute newest version of the launcher? There was a patch deployed after Minecraft updated.
  14. Look at your old thread. Why make a new one?
  15. If you have it installed, try deleting your lastlogin and launcher.properties files. Sometimes the launcher just needs to get its connection done itself, for whatever reason.
  16. Does your client version match the server version? Can you be more specific with the error message?
  17. Try: 1) Getting a new copy of the launcher. 2) Deleting your lastlogin and launcher.properties file. Note that this will require you to change launcher options back if you weren't using defaults.
  18. Did you happen to get a new copy of the launcher itself? There was a patch pushed after 1.3 came out that you may not have gotten for some reason.
  19. Try a bug report in the right section. That way, we'll know what you're using and may be able to help easier.
  20. That error message is normal, as it's a custom CraftBukkit build. This sounds like a network problem to me. Are you certain you were given a static IP? Does your router have IP display you could look at somewhere?
  21. You have a duplicate picture at the bottom...I'm not sure that was intentional.
  22. Remove JDK, you don't need it unless you're programming in Java.
  23. Bores can be destroyed faster than obsidian...
  24. 10 to 1 this is your issue. Get rid of it.
  25. Your launcher log is depressingly unviewable. Also, you used a Tekkit version for the launcher version. Also, you didn't say whether your Java was 64-bit or not - a mismatched Java can be a problem. I'd disable Norton for running the launcher the first time. Finally, you should try the launcher .jar instead of the .exe.
