Are you talking about Technic 1.2.5 or the latest Tekkit?

OP, what modpacks are you trying to launch? A custom one or any Tekkit-made? If it is a custom one, tell us which, give us the download link so someone else can try and see if it's the modpacks fault. If you tried to load a Tekkit-made modpack (Tekkit, Tekkit Lite or Tekkit Classic) you need to post in their respective section

Any reliable research/ asking other players before jumping to such conclusions? I did have lag when I tested the latest Tekkit modpack, but I blame my poor underpowered laptop for that.

Click on your avatar your name when you are on the main forum page. Click on "Contact details". Email should be on the top middle. You will see when you are logged in that on top right it says "Yourname" "Inbox" "Alerts" "Log Out". Clicking on yourname will produce a list where that "contact details" will show. This thread is not exactly on the right section either, off topic it should be.

Easy answer: Don't post it on the internet :3 If you are thinking about theft, then think again. No money is being stolen from anyone. No credit is being stolen from the mod dev (I surely hope not!). If you have made a precious mod that you and only you want to play with, then you can simply unplug the internet cord and play alone :3

Again, if it pleases you, I'd suggest you go tell Covertjaguar about it. I mean, it's not like he rather wants to play his own game in peace, oh no! He would much rather have dozens of posts telling who and what uses his mod illegally and go hunting for kids in the internet.

This sounds like a Voltz modpack bug. In that case, go HERE. Please test the other modpacks so we can learn whether or not it's a modpack or pc problem. Antivirus is usually the bad guy here...

Last statement I heard from Technic was: "We are not going to police the internet." Feel free to tell Azanor if you will. If spending your time guarding precious permissions instead of playing virtual legos is your thing, then I'd say go for it! :3

I thought you needed help with Jakj's file, instead, you want me to teach you how to laugh loudly? Well, I suggest you look into the Whalebox for such endeavours. This thread is definitly not a laughing stock.

I'd suggest you start reading the Rules, if you wish to be a regular here. Login to where? This sounds like you have an AV that blocks your download. Uninstall your antivirus, then download the file. Get Avast, it doesn't mess with your downloads in a derpy way.

Where have you been these months? Mojang decided to merge SSP and SMP together. There is no SSP Technic anymore. Everything is Tekkit = all multiplayer. You can still play alone, though, but with SMP mods in your singleplayer worlds
