Not without 64 bit Java, which requires a 64 bit OS. I don't have any lightweight packs to recommend. Try googling "technipack lightweight packs" and search around. Perhaps a look through http://forums.technicpack.net/forum/63-platform-a-custom-server-zone/

Your selection of playable packs is going to be limited with a computer with a 32 bit OS on it. Your choices are: 1) Wipe and reload with a 64 bit OS with the instructions I provided in the link. Anything not backed up will be lost. 2) Play small packs that run with 1GB of ram or less.
