Do not use the Universal for Forge 1.13+. Use the installer instead. ONLY rename the installer to modpack.jar. Do NOT extract/install.

DimensionalDoors (the weird door portals in the overworld leading to a dark maze) dimensions tend to get corrupted if the world is suddenly closed. The fix is easy though. Go to %appdata%\roaming\.technic\modpacks\tekkitmain\saves and open your world save, then delete the Dimdoors/Dimensionaldoors folder inside there. You should be able to play your world again after that.

Its not much performance vs performance thing, but more "is it compatible with what I run" thing. Thermos is slightly less old than Kcauldron.

Spigot is vanilla only. You'll be looking at Kcauldron or Thermos. Both have their issues as well.

Did you rename the forge installer? Because Forge 1.13+ requires you to use the installer. ONLY RENAME IT TO MODPACK.JAR.

Your pack link doesn't work. Did you delete your modpack? Your modpack.jar has two periods (modpack..jar), might want to remove the extra period. That would probably make it work.

Also, at 3000 fps during startup, the pong game is utterly useless, as the speed seems to be tied to the fps. To be fair, that's how it used to be.

Because you are using Java 8u261. This one causes crashes for Mac only. Downgrade to 8u251.

Only 8 is supported for up to and including 1.12.2. For 1.13 and up, more versions are supported.

If you look at this recent post made by the Admin, you can see their ingame name under their avatar.

You've got one or more clientside only mods, but those can't be found just reading the log. Provide a list of mods you have included in the modpack.
