That's because you zipped the folder with the mods/bin folder (you need to name it "mods" and not "Mods" btw).
Select the bin/config/mods folder, rightclick -> (zipping program option, like 7-zip or winrar) -> Add to archive.
Modpack started for me without the config folder included (but not including it is still a bad idea). This means its either going to be the pixelformat error, the "I didn't allocate enough RAM error" or the Java options one.
Downgrade Java to 8u51. Optionally upgrade your intel video card drivers. Those are to blame in the first place (Windows 10 doesn't fully support old intel hd graphics drivers. Such a nice thing too. If mojang didn't package and use 8u51 by default, their bug report forums would be absolutely flooded with these exact error reports...).
If you can't use more than 3.5 GB, you don't have more than 4 GB total. And you can't really use more than 3 GB in that case anyways, as using more causes issues. You still have normal computer processes which usually take up a single GB of RAM.
