Nah, necroing old threads while not describing your own issue in any way or even checking if it was relevant is a pretty big nono on, like, any forums...
-
Eh. You actually got 3 issues. 1. Your graphics drivers are outdated (Intel HD graphics), and this is due to you likely having upgraded this computer from an older windows version to Windows 10. 2. If updating graphics drivers doesn't work, you'll have to downgrade your java to 8u51/8u25, as that's the last update that worked in this case. 3. You'll need to use java 64bits. The link in point 2 already provides a 64bits option. Currently you are allocating 512 MB, which is nowhere near enough RAM to use modded 1.12.2.

"I have downloaded and dropped the ''legacyjavafixer-1.0'' java file into my mods folder into the modpack (Yaopack) folder." This made it worse, as legacyjavafixer only has to do with pre-1.7.10 forge builds and is included by default starting with Build 1345 (recommended/latest Forge for 1.12.2) is 2768/2847. You see that screenshot that has a clickable link for the crashreport? Why not include that?

There's a Open Logs button under Launcher Options. Use the relevant day's log. Upload it to pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com (if too large for pastebin). Share the link here.
-
Remember that part where it said to name the file "modpack.jar"? In your case, only name it "modpack".
-
Eh, its what you get after the gazillionth case of this...
-
It's attempting to download 3 files that are required for the launcher. Those files are around 26 MB total. Check if your Antivirus actually allows those downloads.
-
Who would've thought that not downloading NEI from curseforge could backfire so specteculary?
-
That's the wrong log I suppose. No modpacks downloaded nor tried that day.
-
It says more than the file version.json not found. Looks like you are missing dependencies. Go check which dependencies are needed.
-
Okay. In that case, your logs please. Use https://paste.ubuntu.com/ to upload the log. You can find the log by pressing Launcher Options -> Open Logs. Upload the one from the day you tried.

Sigh. "any modpacks" State which modpack you tried.

Need help with playing my nostalgic modpack

What happens if you just get to the part with the specific version for 1.6.4? And launch that? -
So, when are you going to actually include your modpack's name so we can check?

You download vanilla on the Technic Launcher. You then press Modpack Options -> A specific version -> 1.6.4. After that, you copy over all those files and you do choose to overwrite. Try playing after that. -
Sigh. Which modpacks?
-
Try using Java8u221 or u211 instead.

You still have the original download? Make a copy of it. Then: Download vanilla minecraft for 1.7.10. Move all Archcraft folders over to the vanilla "modpack" folder. You now should be able to play again. -
Updates take an hour to register if you don't increase the modpack version.

You appear to be having an issue with an unsupported Intel Graphics device and Windows 10. This issue is common for older computers and Windows 10. We recommend, if it's a desktop, to get a dedicated graphics, as it is always a better option, anyways. However, there is a fix. Please press WindowsKey + X and click on "Apps and Features" and uninstall all copies of Java. After that, install Java 8 from this link: http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=98428 Start up the launcher and try again.
-
So, its a modpack, not a launcher. Like, what modpack?
-
Please include your log. Use ubuntu pastebin for it.
-
Started up to main menu just fine for me.
-
Like, you run the modpack once, it generates a config folder. You edit the config files that need to be edited, you save them. You now just include the config folder in the modpack.zip.

They're text files. You know how to save a text document, right?
