So I'm going out on a limb here (because your description is very informative), and say that you re-enabled village generation.

This is caused by blah blah blah because your system blah blah unable blah due to missing blah blah. This can commonly be fixed by blah blah, although blah, and might fully screw blah blah. (hint: You either pastebin that log and put the link here, or you give a link to the technicpack page (and the modpack name) of said modpack. Can't help with you omitting so much information.)

How about not putting Shift on your mouse buttons? Its a small wonder it is not caused by Galacticraft here...

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic. Yes, you got a brand new gaming laptop, and its got 32bit java. Up it to 64bit to play with more than 1 GB RAM (grab the windows offline 64-bit installer off java.com, the online installer only grabs 32-bit).

You said you were using 64bit java now. How much RAM are you allocating now?

I dare say you didn't have Windows 10 back then. You'll have to downgrade your java to 8u25 to get it working again.

Well, you seem to be doing a few things wrong there. 1.) The heck's sponge doing in your modpack? 2.) Why does it look like you are trying to start a server using the launcher? 3.) You included a Forge version for 1.12 yourself.

Do you even have a NVIDIA card in your pc?

And your NVIDIA graphics driver version is...?

No PASTEBIN'd logs = no help.

It is actually irrelevant if your pc has touchscreen or not. Please just look if there is such an option.

If you are the same person as Jane -> Rename the "jar" folder to "bin" and you are good to go.

Strange request, but please turn on/off Touchscreen mode if that's available on your pc. I dunno, you didn't give too much information there.

Just try running a warmroast when it is lagging badly. That should really get to the core of the problem. OC'ing shouldn't be helping much with only 4 players on, but you could ask if there's a bit more juice in there. If that's not going to fix it, well, you got a huuge problem there.
