Playing dwarf fortress, got myself a fortress with a vampire I know about. He's hurt from his epic battle fighting a wereelk and I've got him in the hospital to act as a training dummy for my unskilled doctors.
Because he's been on military station for the past 2 years he's a might bit thirsty. So he keeps trying to make his way to the dormitory where the poor unsuspecting fortressmates are leaving their necks unguarded. But since he's hurt my doctors keep catching him half way there and dragging him back to the hospital area. And I can't stop laughing at the poor bloodsucker.

You'll need to find a duck. Get some faeces of a tamarin monkey. Slather the tailfeathers of the duck in the faeces, then have it spin three times on top of your monitor, five times on your PC, and one more time on your modem. Make sure it goes clockwise on everything BUT the modem.
Then, tell us what kind of message the launcher actually gives you when it fails to log in because "duznt werk, halp" means we can't. Help you, that is.

Welp... consider me mildly hyped for Fallout 4.

That the game isn't responsive is mostly normal.
I think that modpack is a "everything-but-the-kitchen-sink-because-we-can-use-that-to-carry-more-to-throw-in" pack. So, it takes quite a while for it all to play nice together.
Give it a good while. Depending on your system, it could take up to five minutes (maybe? Possibly? I don't know.). Leave it in the background, and make yourself a sandwich. Not a crappy fast one! No, a proper one. Maybe a double-layer? Nice glass of milk. Sit down. Enjoy your meal.
If it hasn't started loading by the time you're back from your delicious sandwich, it's time to get worried.

Mate. I had a look around.
I can't find ANY trademarks connected to Voids Wrath, or any variation thereof.
Now, unless the trademark is ambiguously named and/or under a personal name, you don't really have a claim where you could go to court (which I glimpsed may have been something you might be thinking of?).
If you DO have a registered trademark, I'd love to see it. Or, at the least, would love it if you were to take that to the admin/owner of Technic. That's the only way you have solid footing, and a way of getting at least the pack art removed.
But yes, like Neo said, your website doesn't even mention you have trademarks. That's... entrapment, maybe? Pretty sure it's not legal to hide the fact, and then take people to court over it.
