This is a stab in the dark solution, try uninstalling Java and reinstalling it (Latest version is 7, update 5)

Are you using the JAR or EXE? "java64bit" is an incorrect version. A correct one is 7u4, 7u5 etc. Change your launcher version, it's the Tekkit one, not the launcher one. Get another antivirus. Your description lacks so much detail it might as well be abstract art in text form. Elaborate. By "clicking on technic launcher" do you run the JAR or EXE? Try doing this instead: 1) Click on the start orb. 2) Type "cmd" 3) Ctrl-Shift-Enter 4) Type this in (TYPE, COPY/PASTE WON'T WORK): " java -jar %appdata%\.techniclauncher\technic-launcher-latest.jar " Until you give me more details, 'tis all I can do.

A cool idea for Somnia for SMP would be; - All players have to sleep to "simulate" the world. - The server chooses the client with the slowest simulation rate (Mine's x5, my friend's is x10) and simulates the world at that rate. (So it will be in sync) - If someone chooses to wake up, server cancels simulation and forces all players to get up from bed. - Players can sleep at any time of day, but in order to simulate all players require to sleep.

That's regular sleeping..

Uninstall java from your Programs & Features menu in control panel. Download offline java for your OS. Install.

Did you install Java 7u5? Try deleting the techniclauncher folder.

Why IS Thaumcraft in the technic pack? It's more a magical mod, and so is Mystcraft (which I have no idea how to even start there..)

It's an advanced machines problem. Do you have java 7u5? (update 5) Try uninstalling the advanced machines mod. (Called advancedmachines_version_client.zip in your mods folder [%appdata%\.techniclauncher\technicssp\mods])
