Why can't you just host a server with it? The mods are universal (most likely), so you just have to mod the minecraft_server.jar with the base mods, and copy/paste the technicssp folder into the server folder. Hamachi is quite buggy, so it might be your problem.

The first error is wireless redstone. Try redownloading it, and putting it in the mods folder (don't forget to delete the old mod first). The second one is because the server lost power and didn't save the world correctly. You need to start a new world to fix it.

You're telling me! I once installed ICBM to play, and the server kept crashing and kicking players out after 5 minutes with an internal server error! It's damn bullshit if you ask me.

Why would you write it to temp? It'd be erased if someone were to Disk Cleanup.. Use a USB flash drive and install technic there (you even get a local copy of java there!) and no harm done (unless your school computers don't have USB ports, which then means they suck)
