No, you need special mods for that (e.g. SoundMod by Risugami, it creates mod sound folders and you can put .ogg files in there and it plays it like the normal MC music)

OP, try pressing WinKey+R (Windows key, next to the Alt key) and type in %appdata% Then, go to the .techniclauncher folder, and copy the link (which is something like C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher Maybe your username has an issue.. did you put any special characters or spaces in it?
