everytime i try to run group manager i get this error.log idk what to do

i have a 3.1.1 server and i installed 1.2.5 R4 pex and the other two plugins that come with pex (modify world and chat manager) Pex and modify world installed no problem but chat manager wont work and this plugin is essentials to good perms. i also tried essentials chat that doesn't work, so idk what to do if anyone could leave an alternative plugin i could use or a solution that would be awesome....thanks in advance

i doubled checked everything chat manager and money drop are not creating folders when i restart. Are there different plugins i could try, moneydrop i can live without, but not chat manager any suggestions

im using 3.1.1 and i cant get chat manger to work as well as money drop and modify world, my pex jar works fine though

where do i see the version of the plugin, the change log?

the title is ee discussion, im giving my two cents, why am i at fault i believe ee is way op and ends the game far to quick, i do have it banned on my server, i came to this thread to post my opinion on the topic, and you keep shuting me down not cool.

i put the jar in the plugins folder then restart my server (because i cant reload it for some reason) (thats super annoying btw) then when i go back into my plugins folder it doesn't create a news folder for the plugin when ik it should. I am trying to upload common plugins too, such as chat manager and modify world from permissionsEX (pex uploaded fine) im also trying to upload moneydrop. These plugins i really would like to have on my server, but there not working at all and ive seen them working on other servers. please help

it speeds up the game way to much once you have a flower collector thing the games over so thats why it sucks
