Oh, no cant use a real helmet. Have to be able to cut it. I've already taken care of the heltmet need. Got some pretty sturdy prop helmets that I'll be able to cut no problem.

Yeah I'll post build pics when I have something to show. I've got a respirator I'm going to cannibalize for parts. Gotta do everything twice. My girlfriend and I are both making ranger costumes. She's got a different costume for Halloween though. Rufio from Hook.

Tried unfolding a 3d model and printing it. Cut out all the bits and have to trace them onto foam core and have no idea what goes where anymore ugh. What a pain. I've got all the materials I need though. Don't know if I can possibly do it in time though, I'm moving into a new apartment Nov 1st and have a wedding to go to the weekend before. Gotta pack. And still I find time to make nice threads for people that don't know how to read.

It's necessary. People are dummies everywhere in lots of situations and I have to clarify so we know who we're mad at currently.

I was just thinking the forum could use some restructuring. The main section is supposed to be just for mod threads if I remember correctly. Might be a better idea to make it the main area for discussion since people are dummies and miss the "Questions" area.

Nothing wrong with 1.2.5. It's a good solid build and I don't know why anyone is in such a crotch grabbing paniced hurry to update every time a new minecraft version drops. I have found that for a long time now, most of the new updates have barely been worth a new version number. I don't blame some modders for ignoring half of them. There are some nice little new things added sure and over time there have been some solid changes like the height increase and jungle biomes, but nothing that outweighs all the content added by the mods in the pack.

My favourite sniper rifle right now is the Gobi. It's really light and steady and has good distance. Not as powerful as some others but when you hit the head it doesn't really matter that much. The other one I've got is that really big one that packs a punch modded to hell. I was using it to shoot off legs for some bounty missions. I should probably leave it at home now that I'm done them. I have problems with redundancy. I cant decide between two sometimes. For instance I'm carrying both a fully modded chainsaw and katana and they're both pretty fun. I really like the design of the powerfist but guns are too much fun and pretty much the solution to every fight. Honestly I think I could do the whole game with just the chainsaw an the gobi, but I'm thinking of picking up a riot shotgun to cover my range bases.

ED-E is my floaty bro. I've always wanted to roll with a powerfist and try "unarmed" but I'm a terrible video game hoarder and can't leave my dirty virtual motel room without 150 pounds of gear. I'm carrying two different sniper rifles and a chainsaw right now for gods sakes.

I don't know if he understands how much work texturing all of Tekkit is. Even so, please go ahead and zerg rush the tekkit vote option. I love to see lots of option for people playing with it.

A Note on Thread Necromancy We've been getting quite a lot of reports lately of people "necroing" old, threads, this is not actually against the forums rules. The only time you need to report a necro is if it's particularly low effort (Responding to a thread that's long long dead with nothing but "Me too" or, "help pls" etc) since that actually violates a rule. Understand that it is a faux pas to resurrect a very dead thread without good reason however and mods reserve the right to punish for lack of good sense.

This thread, is to supplement the Halloween costume making megathread. Use this thread to post costumes that you didn't make. Post your favourite costumes, the most impressive costumes you can find. Or post the worst costumes you thought couldn't possibly exist. Halloween, or cosplay, etc. Remember to rehost all images instead of linking images from other sites. That's called leeching.
