New to tekkit, machines almost exploding?
Gristle replied to TXFDA's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Could be the way the machines are connected or cable losses or something else. A picture of your setup would help here. -
Recipes using RE-Battery wrong?
Gristle replied to Orangensaft91's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
For recipes charged and uncharged batteries can be interchanged. -
I updated my server to the v1.1.9 version of Nuclear control... just replace the mod .zip file on the server AND in the client. BEWARE: If you do this any updates to the client or server from the Tekkit team might break your world.

Using the batbox redstone property or the splitter cable?
-
There's also the IC2 splitter cable. Applying redstone current to this block stops power (tip: use a repeater or RP2 IC to apply the redstone signal tp the splitter cable). Another option is to use the configurable redstone behavior of the BatBox, MFE and MFU set to "Do not emit". Applying a redstone signal then prevents the storage unit from outputting EU.

Ummm...this is the Doku texture pack thread.

Quarry not working - Tried everything, certain should be working.
Gristle replied to Rainecar's question in Tekkit Classic
Are there any other mods in Tekkit that use a fake player account? IC2 maybe. -

I visited your server....your quarry is facing the wrong direction. Turn it right 90 degrees. -

Any way to carry EU over very long distances?
Gristle replied to Teraku's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Sounds like a good excuse to build an industrial diamond factory! -
You could use WorldEdit plugin or something similar and force a regen of the affected chunks.

[3.0.3/3.0.4] Machine Block Orientation in tekkit 3.0.3
Gristle replied to thebad300's question in Tekkit Classic
You have quite of list of additional stuff loaded on your server beyond a stock Tekkit install. Have you taken the obvious troubleshooting step of disabling plugins to try and determine if one of them are causing your issue? -
Chunks are FUBAR - probably best outcome is that they can be regenerated to state at world creation. You could try running chunkster or region-fixer against your world files.

Yes and no. The enderpouch is paired with an enderchest, so if you put the pouch into itself you have really just put the pouch into the chest. To retrieve your enderpouch you just have to visit the paired chest.

Can you backup and delete everything except your world folders then re-install the Tekkit server package from scratch?

[3.0.3/3.0.4] Machine Block Orientation in tekkit 3.0.3
Gristle replied to thebad300's question in Tekkit Classic
I've not seen this on my server. Can you tell us more about your server? What plugins are installed? Any additional mods? -

@OP - What rotation? The transformers look identical between the 2 pictures. ;) -
Did you try following the directions and typing "Help" into the console? What was the result? What command is giving you this error?
-
Could you be even less specific and vague?
-
And you still have not defined what necessary means to you. <sniff> <sniff> - I smell something....

Unneccessary for what? Do you want to build nukes? IC2 is required. Do you want to refine oil? BC2 is required. Do you want to make complex redstone circuits? RP2 is required? Do you want to produce diamonds from other stuff? EE is required. Do you want to create a full service minecart network? RailCraft is required.
-
It sounds to me like it is a rendering issue. If the chunks truly weren't loaded you would fall into the void when you stepped into the chunk.

Red Power Sorting Machine Problem!
Gristle replied to omegarobotics's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Or just disconnect the pipe on the sorters output side. The stuck item will pop out. Make sure your overflow (black) container isn't full.
