I'm seeing a lot of Spoutcraft errors in this error log. Remember, that Technic/Tekkit clients does not work with Spout clients, so never have them together.

How do you make a private Tekkit server? Step 1, look in the Tekkit wiki(a) for further instructions.

Since there's acutally no error log, I can only infer that probably you're not allocating memory enough?

Or it could be you are having internet issues with minecraft.net, a simple reconnecting to the minecraft.net should solve the issue, if not.. then look below this post.. for other solutions.
