Its called the Polar Bear Swim. Every year on new years eve at 12:01 we jump in the ocean in BC. Coldest I have ever been!

I love snow. Winter is my favorite season. You can play/watch hockey (most years but this year it is questionable due to the lockout), go skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, make snowmen, cuddle , etc.

Depends on the altitude but at sea level fresh water freezes at 0C. Also, that is a typical Fall/Winter/Spring day around here.

If that is actually your Java version you need to update it.

Try using the jar instead of the exe. Remember that if you use Internet Explorer you will need to change the file extension from .zip to .jar.

"The mod from file modpack.jar has failed to load. This is likely a mod installation error." Thats all I got. My only suggestion would be to re-install but you've already done that . If I do think of something I will make sure to post here. Have you tried searching? I thought I remembered seeing a similar error, maybe there is a fix somewhree. I will also look because you posted such a good report :)

Ya I found that before you even planted it on me, I was going to do something about it then I remembered that trackers only tell you where I am... I am almost always on my bench (unless mom invites me over). Just knowing where I am won't get your name back. Don't make me post all of the ones that I have seen solved (many of them by yours truly...)

Find the .techniclauncher folder (look at the Common Problems and Solutions sticky to learn how to find it) and just delete it. then redownload the pack. Don't worry that you are inexperienced with installing mods (psst, that's what the launcher is for )

If a texture pack breaks it it is likely just using too much memory on your computer, I am glad you fixed it and definately post if you find new info on what caused your issue. Thanks :)
