First: delete the .technic installer folder, along with the launcher and redownload the launcher. Secod, if that doesn't fix it, you'll need to give some details about your system and the exact problem you're encountering, since it's obviously not something the majority of people are dealing with.

I actually really like the flans plane mod (mostly because areal combat is so fun), but it's been said a hundred times before, it is not currently compatible. if Flan ever moves it to forge, then there's a chance, but until then, speculation isn't worthwhile.

You should check out the server post for Terra Novo. That is how a server post should look. If you aren't willing to put in the effort to make a nice server post, noone is going to want to play with you. (noone worth playing with anyways)
