Modpacks Won't Launch

For about 2 days now, neither my default nor custom modpacks will launch. At first they were all offline, and so I entered

 

setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

 

into the command promt. It no longer says offline, but they still won't launch. I  am running Windows 7 with a 64 bit system. I also have Kaspersky Security if that matters.

Can you pastebin your latest launcher log? It would greatly in assist in what might be causing issues.

If none of your packs work then this is a Launcher issue and you should be using the Tracker for the Launcher (link at the top of this page).
