How do I set up solder?

So i was looking at a tutorial for how to set up Solder via XAMPP, but that was outdated, and the solder files are almost all changed. can someone help me set this up or provide a tutorial video? Any help would be appreciated!

First off you'll get no  support if you host solder on windows. Secondly It's recommend that you use a VPS for hosting solder although it is possible to use shared hosting. If you can set up a VPS on your own, http://solder.io is where to go.
