Long time server crashed, please help

I'm at a complete loss when attempted to read crash logs, and even more lost when trying to find out out to fix them. This server has been going on for over a year now and has many dedicated players that have been on since the beginning, I would hate to lose it. If someone could point me in the right direction on how to resolve this, I would be forever grateful!

Based on the log:

Block ID: 2513:4  Machine Name: Extractor

World Coordinate: x: 182 y: 64 z: 392)

is crashing your server

 

 

Extractor fix plugin: https://www.mediafire.com/?qipcliaaub2882f

1. drag and drop it into your plugin folder

2. start your server

3. type /tppos 182 64 392 (if you have essentials plugin)

4. it automatically delete the erroring block extractor

6. delete the plugin extractorfix.jar

7. restart your server
