Technic Launcher Issue?

So, logged into my computer this morning and opened up the launcher and launched "Attack of the B-team" Since I had it already downloaded.  Tried to join a server only to notice that it was telling me that there were only 3 mods in the modpack... Odd, so I deleted the modpack and looked to download it again; cant do it since the technic platform's Discover tab: "The Discover page is currently unavailable".   So I deleted the launcher and re-downloaded it... twice, still not letting me on to the "Discover" tab..which seems to be the only way I'm going to be able to re-download "Attack of the B-Team".   So here's my question; Is there some update that I wasn't notified of that's messing with me or is there some bug?

The Technic launcher is broken, they may be doing matinence. I was on Attack of the B-team  earlier tho..
