Tekkit Goals?

So me and my friend have just downloaded original tekkit to play on my server and we decided we want to make a factory, almost like in the yogscast where they make a jaffa factory, what kind of goals can we work towards and is it possible our factory could make something like food any type of food we want to do that any help ideas suggestions on how we could do that??
